With more than 20 years of experience in the Green Industry, I've done and seen almost everything. From working on a landscape crew in college through being the Director of Sales for one of the largest companies in America, I have deep experience in Sales and Marketing for our industry. I've also seen Change Management tactics that work well first-hand, and been published in several magazines and appeared on podcasts for my expertise in Employee Recruiting and Retention.
